...We don't cut corners, we clean them

A bit of a specialist area for us, as much of our previous work has been for forces accommodation which needs to be cleaned to a very high standard.

What's included in an "End of Tenancy Clean"?

• Kitchen - clean inside and outside of all cupboards, de-scale and polish sink, wipe down woodwork, windows, sills and frames, polish tiles and worktops, clean the hob and extractor, clean inside fridge and freezer and any other appliances, wipe down light switches and mop the floor.

• Oven Cleaning - We can clean the oven, it's an extra charge of £60.

• Living Areas - De-cobweb, wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, polish windows and sills, dust light fittings, wipe light switches and any shelving, vacuum carpets.

• Bathroom -  Wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, polish windows and sills, dust light fittings, de-scale basin, bath, shower, taps and tiles, polish mirrors, clean and disinfect toilet and mop floor.

• Bedrooms - De-cobweb, wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, sockets and light switches, polish windows, frames and sills, dust light fittings vacuum carpets.

• Carpet Shampoo - if you require a carpet shampoo, we can do this too and we charge an extra £25 per area.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the amount due, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• For one-off and end of tenancy cleans, the final amount will be confirmed once the work is completed and will normally be sent by text.

Prices:

• Cleaning: £60 per hour - for two cleaners.  So for example if  5 hours (10 total) are worked the price would be £300

• Oven cleaning: £60  (range ovens are £80)

• Carpet cleaning: £25 per room or area, eg landing, stairs  (Minimum 2 carpets)

All properties vary in time depending on the size and condition, but in our experience most properties need at least 10 to 14 hours total, depending on size.

Late Payment:

• Payment not received with 48 hours may incur a £20 late payment charge.

​

Cancellations:

• For cancellations or significant changes made at short notice, a charge may apply where time has been specifically reserved for the booking.
