Are you getting to the end of a new build, renovation or extension?  Drowning under piles of builders dust and debris?  We can offer a clean-up service and get your brand new home sparkling and ready to move into straight away.

Prices: £30 per hour per cleaner minimum 3 hours (2 cleaners = £180)

We have worked for several building contractors in the area, who have all been very happy with our work and service.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the amount due, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• For one-off and end of tenancy cleans, the final amount will be confirmed once the work is completed and will normally be sent by text.

Prices:

• Cleaning: £60 per hour - for two cleaners.  So for example if  5 hours (10 total) are worked the price would be £300

• Oven cleaning: £60  (range ovens are £80)

• Carpet cleaning: £25 per room or area, eg landing, stairs  (Minimum 2 carpets)

All properties vary in time depending on the size and condition, but in our experience most properties need at least 10 to 14 hours total, depending on size.

​

Late Payment:

• Payment not received with 48 hours may incur a £20 late payment charge.

​

Cancellations:

• For cancellations or significant changes made at short notice, a charge may apply where time has been specifically reserved for the booking.
