END-OF-TENANCY CLEANING
What's included in an "End of Tenancy Clean"?

Kitchen - clean inside and outside of all cupboards, de-scale and polish sink, wipe down woodwork, windows, sills and frames, polish tiles and worktops, clean the hob and extractor, clean inside fridge and freezer and any other appliances, wipe down light switches and mop the floor.

Oven Cleaning - We can clean the oven, but we charge an extra £60.

Living Areas - De-cobweb, wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, polish windows and sills, dust light fittings, wipe light switches and any shelving, vacuum carpets.

Bathroom - Wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, polish windows and sills, dust light fittings, de-scale basin, bath, shower and tiles, polish mirrors and tiles, clean and disinfect toilet and mop floor.

Bedrooms - De-cobweb, wipe down all woodwork, doors and skirting boards, polish windows and sills, dust light fittings vacuum carpets.

Carpet Shampoo - if you require a carpet shampoo, we can do this too and is included with the hourly rate. See below

Prices:
£20 per hour - so with two people working for 4 hours, the price would be £160
(plus £60 if you need the oven cleaned)
